Shipping – United States
We are proud to offer FREE SHIPPING on all U.S. orders!
Your order will ship within 1-2 business days from our Los Angeles warehouse, pending item availability and payment verification. Please allow up to 5 business days for delivery. If you’d like your order sooner, express and overnight shipping options are available at checkout. Expedited and international shipping fees will depend on your location and on the size of your order.
We do not ship on weekends and U.S holidays.
Shipping – International
We ship worldwide. Please note that international orders may be subject to customs duties and sales taxes, which are the responsibility of the customer.
Returns & Exchanges
We accept returns of unworn, unwashed, and unaltered merchandise within 15 days of the invoice date. Items must be returned with all original packaging and accessories, and with all tags still attached. We reserve the right to refuse returns that are unauthorized and/or not sent in accordance with this returns policy. If the return is refused, the merchandise will be returned to the shipping address specified in the original order. If an unauthorized return is accepted, we will deduct a 15% restocking fee from the refund.
Your refund will be issued to the original form of payment used to place the order, and it can take up to 14 days to appear in your account. Please note that shipping charges, customs duties and international sales taxes are not refunded by Parker Smith.
If you’d like to exchange your item for a different size, color or style, simply place a new order for the desired item and return your existing item for a refund.
Please note that all sale items are FINAL SALE. All FINAL SALE items cannot be exchanged or returned at any time.

- Name of the item(s) you don’t wish to keep, found in your order confirmation email
- Reason for the return
