ORDERS, RETURNS AND SHIPPING

What are Parker Smith's shipping rates and delivery times?

We offer free ground shipping on all domestic U.S. orders over $200. Your order ships within 1-2 business days from our Los Angeles warehouse and delivery takes up to 5 business days. 

If you’d like to receive your order sooner, express and overnight shipping options are available at checkout. Expedited and international shipping fees will depend on your location and on the size of your order, and will be calculated at checkout.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we do! Please note that international orders may be subject to customs duties and sales taxes, which are the responsibility of the customer.  

How do I know when my order has been shipped?

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a shipment notification email with a tracking number, allowing you to follow your order to your doorstep

What is your return policy?

We accept returns of unworn, unwashed, and unaltered merchandise within 15 days of the invoice date. Items must be returned with all original packaging and accessories, and with all tags still attached. We reserve the right to refuse returns that are unauthorized and/or not sent in accordance with this return policy. 

How do I return my order?

If you’d like to exchange your item for a different size, color or style, simply place a new order for the desired item and return your existing item for a refund.

Please note that all sale items are FINAL SALE. All FINAL SALE items cannot be exchanged or returned at any time.

Return Instructions
To return your order, please go to our returns portal and provide the requested info including:

  • Your order number in the subject line
  • Name of the item(s) you don’t wish to keep, found in your order confirmation email
  • Reason for the return

Upon receipt of your request, a member of our staff will contact you with detailed return instructions.

How do I exchange an item?

If you’d like to make an exchange for a different size, colour or style, simply place a new order for the desired item and return your existing item for a refund. 

Can I modify or cancel my order?

As soon as you place your order, we begin processing it at our warehouse – we know you need it fast! Unfortunately this means that once your purchase is made, we are not able to make any changes. You can return your items by following our return policy and process.

Are your jeans made in LA?

Yes. We assure you that “Made in LA” isn’t just something we write on the label. Every single step of our production process happens in downtown Los Angeles, using local vendors.

What does “atelier quality jeans” mean?

All our products are carefully produced by hand, from the first cut of fabric to the final finishing stitch. We stand by our quality, and we want to deliver the best product experience to our customers.

How do I know which style and size is right for me?

Our fit guide provides exact measurements and style descriptions, so that you can comfortably shop online.

Are your products sustainable?

We care deeply about our planet. At Parker Smith we aim to minimize our environmental impact by reducing waste and using eco friendly, recycled packaging and sustainable materials wherever possible

How do I care for my denim?

Your denim is made to last. Always refer to the inside care label for specific washing instructions, as these are based on the particular technique applied to your garment. You can find more information about general denim care here.
